Obsscents Return & Refund Policy 

Returns

• Unopened, unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
• Opened or used items are not eligible for return, due to the nature of fragrance products.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

• If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

How to Start a Return

• Email theobsmedia@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Once approved, you'll receive return instructions. Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

• Sale or clearance items are final sale.
• Gift cards are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled for a full refund only if they haven't shipped yet. Email us as soon as possible.
